We Thank Thee O God For A Prophet...

I am sure that you have all heard that our wonderful Prophet, Gordon B. Hinkley, passed away last night. He was ( and still is) and AMAZING Man. I am so grateful for him, and all the wonderful things he did to help spread the gospel. I am also so glad to know that we will see him again and that he is now with the love of his life. We will truly miss him.

That's a Horse! With Nathan on it!!

We were sitting on the couch upstairs in Winchester Hills and looked outside and saw Grandpa David but we didn't see Nathan. We knew he was watching him. We looked closer and saw Nathan on a horse! He looked really scared but he said he liked it.

Grandpa David, Grandma Rosie, Nathan, and horse.

That's Grandma Rosie having fun.

Here's What's New...

I have not blogged in a while because I couldn't think of what to write. Since we last blogged not too much has changed. We had a really nice Christmas here at our new house and then headed back home to spend a few days with our families. It was so fun to see everyone.

Then we had an exciting New Year's Eve filled with watching reruns on tv (since there is NOTHING new on these days) and going to bed at 10:30. I know exciting right!?!

Oh I guess I should mention that I got a calling- I am now a Beehive Advisor. It should be really fun. I am one of the youngest advisors, and get mistaken for one of the girls sometimes, but that is ok.

Tyler is still calling-less, but after the FABULOUS talk he gave yesterday, I am sure that one is just around the corner.

Nathan attended his first formal "Play Date" today and loved it! He did so well sharing, and I was so proud of him. He is still growing like crazy, and is so fun.

Anyway we are excited for this new year and hope it brings us lots of good times, joy, and a healthy baby (girl- but will take a healthy boy too). No this is not an announcement, but we will let you all know when we have real news. So cross your fingers for us.

Now for a little vent...
So sometimes I wish I were a "GEEK." I have been wanting to change our Blog background for some time now. After looking forever, I finally found one that I liked. So I copied the html code and logged in to the blog to try and change it. Then I found out that if I decided to follow through with the change that I would lose some pictures, and links. So I decided to read in the help section to see if a could copy in the codes from the current settings. I thought I was in luck, until I started reading- I felt like I was reading Japanese. So sorry, but we will be keeping this background until someone can fill me in on how to make it work, or tell me where I can find some better backgrounds.
