Lego Thief

We love Legos in this house. We have all different kinds. Can I tell you how excited I am that they have ones for GIRLS now!?!?! Awesome! I always had to play with the boy ones when I was a kid.

Anyway, I was looking through the pictures on my phone, and found these that Nathan took. I thought he did a really good job! ( He helped me with the story line too)

Sick

We have been so sick for the past 3 weeks! Nathan got sick New Year's Eve and missed the first week back to school. He had the flu bad, and then got "secondary bacterial double ear infections" or something. The antibiotics cleared the infection quick but made him throw up.

Then Ava and I got sick two days later. She got better pretty quick but still has a little cough. I am not sure if she had the flu or not because she acted so much different than Nathan.

And then there was me....I am pretty sure I have never been so sick in my life. I coughed so much that I couldn't move, I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep. My ribs and sternum were so sore. Tyler had to do everything around the house because I was the biggest, laziest bum. I am still trying to get my energy level back, but I got my rear kicked by this.

Tyler started coughing last night, but says it is just from cleaning at work.

We have used so many tissues, and even more clorox wipes, so hopefully we are flu free for the rest of the year!

Bowling

Over Christmas break we took the kids real bowling. We bowl on the Wii, but the kids had never done the real thing. They both thought it was pretty much the coolest thing ever. We finished off the night with dinner at one of our go-to family places...Village Inn...does that make us sound old?  It was an awesome day.
