Last week we went to the library to see Corbin Maxey the Reptile Guy. I knew it was going to be super popular so we got there an hour early, and it was a good thing because there were SOO many people! Nathan got to sit right on the front row and loved it! (Ava didn't want to be that close, so she sat on my lap...) He brought a python, boa constrictor, nile monitor, snapping turtle, tarantula, and lots of other reptiles. My pictures all turned out really dark and blurry (he moved around really fast) so I was bugged.
The kids dance pictures finally came in this week and look how cute they turned out!
Remember how bad Ava cried on picture day? How we were there for like 2 hours waiting for her to settle down and the other classes to get their pictures? When I went to pick the pictures up the ladies were like "We were just talking about Ava! Wait until you see how adorable her pictures are!" They were there with all her drama, so we were all impressed.
And of course Nathan's turned out cute too.
The kids had dentist appointments today and Nathan's extra "shark" tooth is dropping down! The dentist said that as soon as the baby tooth falls out that he will be able to go in and get it out since it will be visible- SO we won't have to go to the oral surgeon!
Neither of the kids had cavities, but Ava had a MAJOR come apart and wouldn't let them do anything so we basically paid for me to pin her down and have the dentist brush her teeth, poke for sticky spots, and rub fluoride on them. I don't know what her deal is lately! She has never done this at the dentist. We have been going to the same one for over a year and a half, and she loves them! Someone please tell me it is normal for little girls to be like this! It is like all of a sudden she has separation anxiety/ and is so scared of anything, including things that are familiar- like her Sunbeam class, sleeping in her own bed, etc.
I know I didn't do a proper Father's Day post, but can I just tell you how thankful I am for this guy:
Tyler is so awesome. He is always helping with the kids, he gets up with them in the morning and feeds them, bathes them, reads to them, makes time to do fun things with them even though he works two jobs, and is getting his MBA right now. He is also helps clean and cook, and even lets me go shopping ;) How did I get so lucky?
I am also so thankful for our own dads and love them so much too!

I love the pictures, too! I am going to ask Michelle to print some 5x 7's for me! Thanks for changing the print color. I can read it! I am so glad you and Tyler found each other! I love you all so much!
Oh Ava looks adorable! Yay for a good picture! Sorry about the dentist. I swear Luke has turned into a monster tantrum thrower overnight, too. Hope it's just a phase!!
