Nursing Covers & Our Weekend

I promise I am almost all done with my crafty posts. I know there were some of you interested in buying nursing covers so here are the ones I have finished. The necks are adjustable, and they each have a pocket on the inside for holding a binkie or nursing pads. I am selling them for $20 (that includes shipping). So if you want one please email me at: monica_sing07@hotmail.com, tell me which one, and I will tell you the payment details. Or if you don't like these fabrics/patterns, send me 1 yard of the fabric of your choice and I'll only charge $15. I have 2 of each of these:

Green Paisley

100% Cotton
Machine Wash Cool Delicate, No Chlorine Bleach, Tumble Dry Low, Cool Iron

Yellow Belvedere

100% Cotton
Machine Wash Cool Delicate, No Chlorine Bleach, Tumble Dry Low, Warm Iron

This weekend we went to check out Bass Pro Shop/Outdoor World. It was SO cool. This place is HUGE they had all sorts toys...boats, ATVs, hunting stuff, etc. They even have all these stuffed animals, not cute cuddly ones, but full size taxidermy ones. So we got to see a real stuffed giraffe, lions, bears, and lots more. It was a little on the creepy side. Next door there is a casino with a giant aquarium and live mermaid. We got to watch a scuba diver hand feed sting rays and sharks, and then a little bit later the mermaid got in and swam around. She kept blowing kisses to Nathan. He had such a fun day there.

On another note... It is currently pouring buckets of rain! Houses in this town are just not built for rain. As soon as it started sprinkling I put some towels by the back door. They soaked through in just a few minutes. I got a big bath towel, and it is soaked now too. I guess I better get another one!

I wish I wouldn't have just bought my hooter hider awhile ago, or I would have bought one from you! Mine cost like double that, and I bet yours are just as cute! BTW- what is it that you put in the top to make it stiff? I haven't been able to figure it out!

Good job on your nursing covers! I'll have to have you make me one when I have another baby.

It looks like you guys had a fun outing. That mermaid is awesome! Madelyn would LOVE that.

I love that Mermaid show, but when we went the lady was blowing kissed at Brandon and I am not sure I was ok with that...!~! The covers look good. I am trying to decide which one I want and I will let you know. Thanks!

This is definitely one of our "once a month" stores. Looks like you guys had a blast! Would you believe it if I told you we have a stuffed antelope in our house? :P

These look great! I wish I could make stuff like this! By the way I Love the name Ava you picked out! Very cute and I think it will be perfect for her! As for the middle name...Shawn and I are in the same boat! We can't seem to agree on one! It's making me a little anxious!

If you have "Hattie Elizabeth" as middle names, her initials would be "AHEM". That would be funny
