December 24, 2003: We got engaged.
March 13, 2004: Married in the St. George Temple
Feb '04: Bought 4 plex in La Verkin, UT.
March '04-May '05: Live in family apartment complex
May '05: Bought & moved into renovated condo that we fixed up
Aug '05: Nathan born. All 9 lbs. 3 oz. of him
Sept '05: Bought duplex in La Verkin, UT
Sept '06: My Grandpa Wally died.
Jan '07: Monica's Grandpa Pedro died.
Spring '07: Sold 4 plex for much more than we bought it for.
June '07: Bought Money Mailer franchise in Henderson, NV
June '07: Moved to Grandma Lucy's (Monica's G-ma) house in Henderson, NV
July '07: sold condo for much more than we bought it for.
Sept '07: bought current home and fixed it up and moved in Nov. '07.
Oct '08: Ava Born
Now: Being humbled by losing business, but still very grateful for a wonderful wife and kids who love me no matter what.
