Provo Trip

We had a great weekend....Tyler's cousin Matt got married last weekend, so we went up to Provo for that. We left super early Friday morning, and headed straight for Seven Peaks. We got there, changed, and had lunch, and the Yoder's got there shortly after.

Nathan was so tired by the time we left.

We had so much fun! Melissa and I had wanted to ride some real rides, but it was a mad house, and the kids needed us there catch them on their slides and such. We all still had lots of fun. The kids would have stayed all night if we could have, but we had to head back to the hotel and get ready for the pre-wedding dinner up in Provo Canyon. Matt and his fiance had there first date at J Dawgs, so the picnic was catered by them. It was pretty tasty!

The next morning we headed up to the Draper Temple. Have you ever been there and seen the 10,000 square foot multi-million dollas homes right next to it? . (We checked the info on the homes for sale, I am not exaggerating...) Amazing.

 After lunch with our Murset  group we went back to the hotel to swim, and relax before going to the reception at Sundance Resort. It is so beautiful up there- I think it almost makes up for the horrible Provo traffic. I was so glad the kids got to see Bridal Veil Falls.

 

The reception was so fun.  We had a great time dancing, and eating way too much candy. They even had a photo booth there.

Awww!

I seriously love these girls so much. How did I get so lucky?? I have the best sister in law's ever.

 After the party I totally ate it walking back to our car in my heels. I was carrying Ava, and it was dark, there was this dip in the walkway that I didn't see, I fell and twisted my ankle, and scraped my other leg - I was trying to not drop my child so I fell awesomely. Luckily no one was around to see it. Even with my injury we had a great weekend and it was nice to get away and play!
