Nathan has been quite the photographer lately. Here is a fun one he took:
Today was HOT! I know that it will still get at least 20 degrees hotter, but it feels like it went from Winter to Summer- where the heck did Spring go? I noticed on our gas bill that we used almost twice as much this April as we did in April '08...so it was much colder this year. Then it just jumped to the high 80s. Anyway we inflated the pool today, let the water sit for 2 hours, and it was warm enough for the kids to go swimming.
Nathan and Ava had a blast! They swam for an hour - it was so fun. Here are some pictures of them having a good time. The sun was in their eyes so they are squinty. Thanks Mom, for the cute suit for Ava!

Btw, I love your friend's pink bouquet and wedding veil! What good taste! I will join you in being jealous that she gets to live in Europe.
That swimming looks like fun! the weather up here keeps playing tricks on us. It will warm up for a day and then rain the next and be cold! Your kids are so dang cute! (Did I ever tell you that Ava was the other name we were considering when we had Gracie? But there was a girl in Sean's mission named Ava that if I didn't wait for him- he was going back for. You'll have to ask Tyler if he knows who that is. So he thought it would be too weird having a daughter named that. I think it is a beautiful name!)
How fun! I was going to ask you how fun the wedding was. Totally spaced it. Glad you had a good time.
I am glad we do not skip Summer at my house because it is my fav time of the year. I still find myself over dressing Jett because I am so used to dressing him in warm clothes. I have welcomed the warm weather and Jett loves to be outside so we spend a lot of time there. Your kids are adorable. STAY COOL!
That is great that the water warms up so quickly that they can swim. I love little pools like that. We have one that has a little slide, but the water doesn't warm up that quickly here. It was so nice that you guys were able to come to the show the other day. See ya in June!!
