Poor Little Piggy
On Friday I think I broke my toe. I had just finished cleaning house and was reaching, walking on tip toes to put the Windex away. I was thinking to myself "Look out for the door frame," and two seconds later I smacked my pinky toe and the one next to it really hard on the door frame. It hurt so bad! I was seriously trying not to cry. I said to Tyler, "I think I broke my toe." I am pretty sure he thought I was talking crazy. I hobbled around all day, my toe was pretty swollen, and not very cute. The next day it was a purpley-green color. I tried to take a few pictures, but it really doesn't do it justice. (the flash makes it look better then it really does...) My Dad has been telling me to put my feet up and ice it, but how do you do that with 2 kiddos? Instead I have been walking around, doing what needs to be done. While doing all this I have been shifting my weight to the inner part of my foot, and now my entire leg is messed up. I guess I really may have to take a day off...

Oh that is TERRIBLE. I hate it when things don't look as bad as they really are. It is much harder to get sympathy!! Toes are the worst too, because there isn't much a doctor can do for it. Do your best to take the day off. See ya soon.
Ouch! I did that last year. It was SO painful!! And I agree, the camera doesn't do them justice. Hope it heals quickly!
Ooo I can see the bruising and swelling. Ouch, ouch ouch. Make Tyler do all the cooking and housework.
You probably did break it if it is swelling that bad. I don't think it does that if you jam it or sprang it. Yeah, you really need to keep off of it as much as possible. Tell everyone you are taking the day of, lock yourself in your room, relax, and don't feel guilty. If you are in no shape to take care of your family, that's bad. Let yourself heal!
Ouch. I'm sorry, Monica! I hope it gets better soon!
ouch!!! It's probably broken if it's green and purple. My mom seemed to break her toes all the time (ewww.) and when I thought I did she said that if it turns those colors, you probably did. I'm sorry, Monica!! Take the day off and pamper yourself with ice and some good books. :)
Yikes! That's gotta hurt. I hate stubbing my baby toe. But I have to say even with a purple toe, your feet are so cute! I didn't think anyone had cute feet, but you definitely do, Monica! :)
